Booking Advisor

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Booking Advisor to assist clients with coordinating and securing travel arrangements, including vacations, cruises, and resort stays.

In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families to understand their travel preferences, guide them through available options, and manage the booking process from initial inquiry through confirmation.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, are highly organized, and are interested in building flexible, remote work experience within the travel industry.

Booking Advisors operate independently while receiving access to structured training, mentorship, and industry tools to support their success.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budget
Research and recommend vacation options including resorts, cruises, and destination experiences
Coordinate bookings, reservations, and itinerary details
Ensure accuracy of client information and travel documentation
Provide ongoing communication and support before and after booking
Stay informed on supplier offerings, promotions, and travel trends
Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Interest in travel, hospitality, or client experience
Ability to manage multiple requests and stay organized
Comfortable using online platforms and booking tools
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
