Travel Specialist (Remote)

We are a growing remote travel services company specializing in luxury vacations, cruises, honeymoons, and destination travel. We are expanding our remote team across the United States and looking for enthusiastic, self-driven individuals who have a passion for travel and helping others experience the world. In this role you will help clients plan and book unforgettable travel experiences, from Caribbean cruises to European getaways, working alongside established travel partners and suppliers. 

No prior travel industry experience required, we provide everything you need to get started.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking vacations, cruises, and travel packages
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Research destinations, suppliers, and travel options to match client needs
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently
• Collaborate with team members and travel partners as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Passion for travel and helping others is a must
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Must reside in the United States
