Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in the institutional sales sector. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, driving sales, and meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target institutional clients and meet revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision makers
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and presentations
- Present and promote our services to potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and client meetings
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Maintain a strong understanding of our services and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress towards targets
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Continuously seek opportunities for business growth and expansion within the institutional sector
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
