Position: Senior Product Manager - Defi / Web3 - RWA / Tokenization - APAC or Europe

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Defi and Web3 to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and management of our client's product offerings in the rapidly growing areas of RWA (Real World Assets) and tokenization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Defi and Web3 landscape and a proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our client's Defi and Web3 product offerings in the RWA and tokenization space

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the Defi and Web3 industry

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches and updates

- Work closely with clients and partners to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product development

- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations related to Defi and Web3 in the RWA and tokenization space

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product team members

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Defi and Web3 space

- Strong understanding of Defi and Web3 protocols, platforms, and products

- Experience with RWA and tokenization is highly preferred

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing innovative products

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%) to meet with clients and partners in APAC or Europe
