JOB SUMMARY / PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. The Loan Processor checks the completeness of details and signatories of the Loan Application and Documentary Requirements. Know-Your-Client (KYC) Loan Document Checklist.

  1. The Loan Processor indicates all observable risks and seeks a decision for the next higher authority.

  1. The Loan Processor prepares and encodes loan application details such as approved loan amount, reasons of approval with deviation, the reason for disapproval of accounts, and disbursement type.

  1. The Loan Processor receives and collates loan checks and vouchers.

  1. The Loan Processor prepares and prints loan contracts (Promissory and Trust Receipt), Payment Schedule, and Disclosure Statement on Loan/Credit Transactions.

  1. The Loan Processors releases the loan check to the client after confirming the identity of the latter, explaining the content of the contract ( standard mode of payment, frequency of collection, proof of payment, obligations of all parties including the co-maker, etc.), and facilitating the signing of pertinent documents (loan with chattel mortgage/REM, Promissory Note/Trust Receipt, Disclosure Statement, Check Voucher)

  1. The Loan Processor ensures that the client signs all loan documents prior to loan disbursement.

  1. The Loan Processor performs other functions as directed by the Immediate Supervisor or the management from time to time.

  1. Management:
  1. Prepares check voucher for Agents Commission.
  1. Preparation of Thank you letters for clients
  1. Endorses check voucher to Treasury Department for check preparation.
  1. Endorses loan documents, PDCs, and Collateral for Notary of Promissory Note, Prior Mortgage, and Re-Mortgage ORCR from different branches.

  1. Operations:
  1. Ensure logging of the daily received accounts.
  1. Compile credit and loan documents on a credit folder and orderly arrange the documents on the standard set by the bank.
  1. Transmit arranged credit folder to CRAD for grooming.
  1. Attend customers questions, requests, and concerns immediately and courteously.
  1. Ensure that the scheduled releases are attended to properly and immediately.
  1. Endorse approved releases to the branch for disbursement.
  1. Coordinates missing/ lacking requirements /documents/ irregularities to loan managers for completion /resolution.
  1. Ensure proper filing of loan documents in Credit Folder.
  1. Conducts KYC and authentication of Collateral and validation of submitted IDs
  1. Carefully compute the agents commissions based on the Credit Folders information.
  1. Endorse agents commissions to the Team Lead for checking.

  1. Monitoring and Reporting:
  1. Monitoring of Daily Releases (Collateral, PDCs, and insurances)
  1. Monitoring of insurance security checks
  1. Transmittal Report (Collateral, PDCs, and insurances)

  1. Custodianship
  1. Receives and Safe keep Credit Folders of approved accounts until such account was released.
