SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSILIBITIES:

A. Management:

1. Reports to BOD the results of compliance testing, AMLA reports, regulatory issued circulars/memoranda, incoming and outgoing correspondences, etc.

2. Presents to Excom if applicable the requested report/s for their guidance.

3. Conducts AMLA training

B. Operation:

1. Oversees and coordinates the implementation of the Compliance system of the Bank.

2. Administer compliance program.

3. Identifies, monitors and control compliance risk.

4. Determines compliance with applicable laws, regulations and established bank policies and practices.

5. Consults with the regulatory agencies for clarifications of specific provisions of laws and regulations and any compliance related issues.

6. Prepares all necessary reports in required by the regulatory agencies and ensures timely submission of the same.

7. Initiates dialogues with regulatory authorities as needed

8. Trains officers and employees on regulatory requirements and seculars released by the regulatory agencies.

9. Participates or leads own functional or business unit identifying, assessing and measuring risks that would prevent meeting set objectives.

10. Interview internal and external customers periodically as needed and directed.

11. Conduct unannounced surveys, inspections, compliance testing, audits and investigations periodically to assess personnel readiness and to specifically identify where corrective actions are needed.

12. Re-evaluate areas of previous noted deficiencies to identify needed improvements.
