Liaison

- Liaise with the Treasurers office of the local government units in the payment of transfer taxes, real estate taxes, and procurement of tax declarations and other papers involving the foreclosed properties.

- Liaise with the Register of Deeds for the fast processing of the consolidation of acquired properties in the name of Tanay Rural Bank, Inc.
