General Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in the field of security, with atleast 2 years in Supervisory position
- Sound computer skills in MS office programs including excel
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and flexibility to endure long working hours
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Job Specification
- Assist in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures
- Supervise and mentor security and transport personnel, overseeing hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as necessary
- Collaborate with the Security Manager to assess operational needs and facilitate effective communication across departments
- Organize and lead responses to emergencies and alarms
- Investigate security breaches and document findings for corrective actions
- Document and report security incidents or concerns to the Security Manager promptly
- Ensure that all security staff are prepared for emergency situations through drills and training
- Conduct facility inspections to verify compliance with security policies and regulations
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services to coordinate security operations and responses
- Respond to hospital emergency codes in accordance with established procedures
- Assist in managing transport-related regulatory requirements, including insurance and permits
