General Requirements

  • Bachelors in Hospital Administration or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in auditing, accreditation (JCI) and training
  • Certification in Healthcare Quality Management
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good management and communication skills

Job Specification

  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Quality Manager
  • Handle all aspects of SOP design, process study and drafting of sample policies
  • Develop Department Manuals with the help of department head and members
  • Conduct audit of facility against set standards
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding quality indicator data collection
  • Ensure that documentation aspects are as per guidelines
  • Attend trainings as guided by the department heads and HR department
  • Train staff on accreditation policies
  • Assist the quality manager in conducting mock drills in preparation of mock drill schedule
  • Daily update of the departments dashboard
  • Any other relevant assignments given by the HOD
