General Requirements
- Bachelors in Hospital Administration or any related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in auditing, accreditation (JCI) and training
- Certification in Healthcare Quality Management
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good management and communication skills
Job Specification
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Quality Manager
- Handle all aspects of SOP design, process study and drafting of sample policies
- Develop Department Manuals with the help of department head and members
- Conduct audit of facility against set standards
- Coordinate with department heads regarding quality indicator data collection
- Ensure that documentation aspects are as per guidelines
- Attend trainings as guided by the department heads and HR department
- Train staff on accreditation policies
- Assist the quality manager in conducting mock drills in preparation of mock drill schedule
- Daily update of the departments dashboard
- Any other relevant assignments given by the HOD
