  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant work experience

Job Specification

  • Prepare and serve meals according to patient dietary needs
  • Communicate with patients to take meal orders, answer questions about dietary restrictions, and address concerns in a compassionate manner.
  • Transport food carts to patient rooms, verifying patient identity and specific dietary needs before serving.
  • Maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation.
  • Food preparation, delivery and cleanup, alongside ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provided exceptional customer service to patients and hospital staff.
  • Handle customer complaints courteously and professionally
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor, or by the Executive Chef.
