- Completed GCE O Level
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant work experience
Job Specification
- Prepare and serve meals according to patient dietary needs
- Communicate with patients to take meal orders, answer questions about dietary restrictions, and address concerns in a compassionate manner.
- Transport food carts to patient rooms, verifying patient identity and specific dietary needs before serving.
- Maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation.
- Food preparation, delivery and cleanup, alongside ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provided exceptional customer service to patients and hospital staff.
- Handle customer complaints courteously and professionally
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor, or by the Executive Chef.
