General Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or any related field
- Minimum 2 years work experience in recruitment function
- Dynamic personality and able to multi-task with minimal supervision
- Organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel functions
Job Specification
- Provide adequate support to the Recruitment Manager in sourcing candidates through in-house database, placing advertisement via recruitment portals, referrals, and liaising with contracted recruitment agencies in coordinating/conducting interviews of shortlisted applicants for specific job positions
- Screen resumes to present to HODs based on the requirements and qualifications set by the Department
- Conduct interviews with candidates on an as-needed basis
- Perform reference and background checks
- Prepare job offer letters and employment contract and other relevant pre-employment documents
- Coordinate with the relevant council for pre-registration and licensing of clinical staff including cross checking and collection of original documents during onboarding
- Maintenance of various trackers on recruitment as basis for weekly, monthly, and annual reports (e.g. Doctors Database, recruitment agencies & cost summary)
- Prepare welcome letters for all Doctors and Managers.
- Liaise with various departments to obtain statistics for full time, empaneled and visiting Doctors contract renewal
- Completion of other administrative tasks assigned by the HOD
