General Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in recruitment function
  • Dynamic personality and able to multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
  • Proficient in advanced MS Excel functions

Job Specification

  • Provide adequate support to the Recruitment Manager in sourcing candidates through in-house database, placing advertisement via recruitment portals, referrals, and liaising with contracted recruitment agencies in coordinating/conducting interviews of shortlisted applicants for specific job positions
  • Screen resumes to present to HODs based on the requirements and qualifications set by the Department
  • Conduct interviews with candidates on an as-needed basis
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Prepare job offer letters and employment contract and other relevant pre-employment documents
  • Coordinate with the relevant council for pre-registration and licensing of clinical staff including cross checking and collection of original documents during onboarding
  • Maintenance of various trackers on recruitment as basis for weekly, monthly, and annual reports (e.g. Doctors Database, recruitment agencies & cost summary)
  • Prepare welcome letters for all Doctors and Managers.
  • Liaise with various departments to obtain statistics for full time, empaneled and visiting Doctors contract renewal
  • Completion of other administrative tasks assigned by the HOD
