SENIOR LABORATORY EXECUTIVE

General Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Inventory Management or a related field or at least 2 years of experience in managing inventory
• Minimum 1 year of work experience post graduate
• Software proficiency, Microsoft Words, Excel or any inventory management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills

Job Specification

• Develop, implement and reinforce proper inventory management policies and procedures
• Conduct regular and comprehensive audits of stock levels
• Effectively manage stock, reducing waste and optimizing utilization
• Communicate with departments and proactively act to ensure well maintained stock
• Plan, execute, and oversee the projects that falls under the job function
• Learn and manage inventory software
• Supervise and give guidance to laboratory executive and other support staff for the daily inventory related tasks
