General Requirements
- Degree or MBA in Human Resource with minimum 5 years of experience as Head of HR
- International work experience is an added advantage
- Trained in Job Evaluation and Project Management
- Excellent Communication and People Management skills
- Strong Leadership and Interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Office
Job Specification
- Create HR philosophy and culture based on mission, vision and values and conduct related programs
- Review, research and draft/update the policies based on best practice, in line with the culture and strategy of the company
- Analyze relevant legislative and regulatory matters and keep up-to-date with Government policies
- Work across the hospital with Division Heads & HODs to determine hiring needs
- Manages the Company-wide committees including their wellness, grievance handling, environmental, health and safety
- Perform investigation on various employee complaints, grievances and resolve all issues in an efficient manner
- Manage complete cycle of expatriates visas and work permits of new hires and the renewal of visas and work permits of current team members
- Manage employment contracts, residency permits, and work permits and oversee the management of visa applications and public relations with various Government entities
- Responsible for monthly payroll management, full & final settlement of staff
- Responsible for driving performance culture in the organization
- Manages the implementation of the Performance Management System
- Create and foster a continuous learning environment that challenges and engages our workforce
- Design Learning & Development practices, including the development of internal training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout the off boarding process
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity at all times
- Oversee and manages the overall function in Human Resource
