Job Specification
- Provide software Application Support under the supervision of the Manager, Application Support and Application Support Team Leader
- Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
- Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
- Provide and plan training to new users on how to use new software or technology tools
- Participating in the design, implementation, and support of new technology projects within TTH
- Consult with the software development and operational team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
- Establish the root causes of application errors, and escalate serious concerns to the Manager, Application Support and Application Support Team Leader.
- Provide front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.
- Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
- Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
