General Requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing and/or experience working within an industry related to healthcare
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain partner relationships
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Flexibility to travel outside Male for events

Job Specification

  • Develop a comprehensive corporate marketing plan to further penetrate and expand TTHs footprint across corporates, resorts, SMEs, embassies, and key stakeholder groups.
  • Prepare structured visitation calendars and ensure timely meetings with corporates, resorts, SMEs, embassies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Formulate revenue-enhancing growth strategies, translate them into actionable plans, and ensure smooth and effective execution.
  • Monitor ongoing field marketing activities to evaluate their efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact.
  • Identify, initiate, and develop collaborative opportunities with industry partners, focusing on relationship-building and revenue-generating avenues.
  • Plan and execute health awareness sessions and campaigns to promote TTH doctors, services, and new business opportunities.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of field marketing initiatives.
  • Assist and support all functions under the Business Development and Marketing departments as required.
