Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Assistant Manager (HVAC) to oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including water-cooled chillers, VRF/VRV systems, and split-type air conditioning units. Operation & Maintenance of Compressor (Centrifugal, screw, or scroll type). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient system performance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and supervision of HVAC technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operation and maintenance of Water-Cooled Chiller Plants (centrifugal, screw, or scroll type).
Monitor and control HVAC equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and Compressors.
Manage VRF/VRV systems, split units, and package units to ensure optimal cooling efficiency and reliability.
Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) for all HVAC assets.
Perform system troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and corrective action to minimize downtime.
Ensure proper maintenance of compressors, refrigerant systems, and related controls.
Maintain log sheets, performance records, consumption data & ISO Audit documentation.
Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and consumables. (ERP /Oracle User).
Supervise and train the HVAC technical team for safe and efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, health & environmental standards in all maintenance activities.
Support in project execution, system upgrades, and energy optimization initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
BSC Mechanical Engineer ( PEC Registered University preferable UET ) 3-5 years of HVAC
B. Tech (UET) (Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration) 10-15 Years of HVAC.

Strong knowledge of compressors, refrigerants, BMS systems, and HVAC controls.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting HVAC faults and managing maintenance teams.
Skills & Competencies:
Computer literacy (MS Office, Maintenance Management Systems preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
Team leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple maintenance activities.
Good communication and reporting skills.
