Job brief

We are seeking a Area Sales Manager- Corrugation for it's Karachi Region.

Responsibilities

Operational:

- Reporting to senior management of day to day sales related feedback from team, coordinating with in-house key heads for the smooth operations and with customers for representing the day to day scenarios to management.

- To lead the whole induction process from customers feasibility plan till accomplishment.

-  Completing the whole sales cycle (From acquiring orders till recoveries including system codes entries like their issuance of Sales orders &respective PRDS / designs approvals/ scheduling/ dispatching track/ loading at customer end / invoices acknowledgment/ complaints handling if required and getting their recoveries).

- Working on costs pricing effectiveness by analyzing customer specs / product requirements.

- Resolve Adhoc issues around the clock to meet customers urgencies and queries.

- Continuous assessment of portfolio to meet rapid deviations in highly tough times due to mushroom growth of corrugated industries.

Strategic:

- Keeping key accounts & maintaining close liaison with the key management for smooth processes.

- Maintain good customers segments mix viewing production / materials limitations by offering good services and quality to maintain required margins.

- Handel customers query/ complaints by providing CAPs and their alternates.

Developmental:

- Helping and facilitating team as well as inter departments to bring / retain/ increase business in required areas which they need support in. In addition in house cost reduction where there is possibilities.

2) Collection 95 %

3) Maintain Margin Criteria 90%

4) Handling rejections & provide COAs. 95%

5) Developments ( within retained customers and new entrants ) 95%

6) Maintain FGI stocks within tolerance> 90%

Experience Requirements

- Overall relevant Sales experience of minimum 2-4 years only corrugation experience is required. 

Education:

  • Graduation/ Master Degree from reputed organization.
