Job brief

We are currently seeking a Warehouse In-Charge with strong knowledge of  warehouse Operations. 

Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee segregated storage areas for both inbound and outbound operations.
2. Perform all required system transactions related to stock transfers.
3. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and support internal audits during month-end closings.
4. Ensure proper maintenance of storage areas, including labeling, cleanliness, segregation.
5. Monitor inventory aging and generate timely reports for management review.
6. Organize and deliver training programs for warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency.
7. Address management queries related to warehouse, inventory and logistics.
8. Process Delivery Orders (DOs) in ERP with strict compliance to internal controls.
9. Coordinate vehicle trip scheduling within ERP during DO processing.
10. Oversee ERP-based stock reporting and ensure alignment with inventory policies.
11. Develop and implement logistics dispatch plans for DO processing.
12. Communicate dispatch plans to transporters, ensure accurate vehicle weight/type/capacity.
13. Verify freight bills for accuracy in trip details, customer information, and vehicle data.
14. Follow up dispatches to ensure timely delivery and proper stock offloading at delivery point.
• Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, candidate from Battery field shall be given preference. 
• Good ability to train people.
