Job brief

We are looking for a  Assistant Manager Procurement with excellent communication and leadership qualities. 

Responsibilities

      Evaluating potential suppliers, collection of proposals and ordering of
     raw material for production.

    RFQS preparation and distribution as per Company Policy.

    PO/SO preparation for vendors after necessary approvals.

    Documentation and Invoices submission for payment processing to the concerned department.

    Booking of invoices in ERP against GRN Note.

    Routine follow ups for deliveries, invoices submission and payments processing.

    To comply with all procurement standards and regulations as per company policy.

    Coordination with suppliers for on time deliveries.

    Coordination with production and sales department to manage the supply of material.

    Adjustment of advances issued for vendors as per agreed payment terms.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University, preference shall be given to Master's Degree Holder.
  • Must have a Four years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Industry. 
  • Willing to travel as per company's requirement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
