Job Descriptions
- Guide to create, design and execute resource plans for development tasks at group level.
- Interact with the Testers, development team and other stakeholders
- Devise effective mitigation and escalation strategies to address program risks and issues
- Serves as the technical and communications liaison to and from stakeholders.
- Performs complex software/database/hardware troubleshooting, upgrades, patches and re-installations in accordance with established SLAs.
- Ensure pre/post audit requirements are identified and delivered
- Provides consulting/training/education services such as data management and staff training/orientation
- May act as a resource to others to solve problems.
- Monitoring Database performance and managing parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users;
- Mapping out the conceptual design for a planned database;
- Considering both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users;
- Refining the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model;
- Writing database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata);
- Controlling access permissions and privileges at database level
- Developing, managing and testing back-up and recovery plans;
- Ensuring that storage and archiving procedures are functioning correctly;
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in Oracle EBS R12 techno-functional role and 2 years in leading role.
- Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS Financials, Discreet
Manufacturing, Order Management, Procurement , HR , Payroll, Time and
Labor and Inventory - Must have development experience in Oracle EBS PL/SQL ,OAF, Workflow, forms and reports.
- Experience in Qlik-Sense Business intelligence software (or some other BI Software) will be a plus.
Education:
- IT Graduate from a Recognized University
- Relevant ERP and Database Skills
