Manager Continuous Improvement

Job brief

We are looking for a Manager Manufacturing Excellence with excellent communication and leadership abilities, must posse acquaintance regarding Total Productivity Maintenance, Lean manufacturing, kaizen and Six Sigma.

Key Accountabilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in manufacturing operations.
• Implement lean principles and methodologies to eliminate waste, improve flow, and reduce Performance losses.
• Be an adaptive learner on the technology and prepare plant for continuous efficiency improvement.
• Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing performances, use statistical methods to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve overall operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Design policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering preferably with 3~4 year of experience in manufacturing engineering or process improvement roles.
• Must have knowledge of Total Productivity Maintenance, "Lean manufacturing", kaizen and Six Sigma.
• Continuous Improvement Programme is necessary.
• Be a tech savvy and enjoys learning in digital space.
• Good Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis and Communication Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Auto cad and other value-added computer tools.
