Job brief

We are looking for a Manager /Dy. Manager Manufacturing Excellence and HSE with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in manufacturing operations.
• Implement lean principles and methodologies to eliminate waste, improve flow, and reduce performance losses.
• Be an adaptive learner on the technology and prepare plant for continuous efficiency improvement.
• Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing performances, use statistical methods to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve overall operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Design policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
• Stay abreast of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on safety procedures, environmental practices, and emergency
• response protocols.
• Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Communicate HSE policies, procedures, and updates to all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering preferably with 3~4 year of experience in manufacturing engineering or process improvement roles.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, NEBOSH, TPM/WCM) are often preferred.
• Be a tech savvy and enjoys learning in digital space.
• Good Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis and Communication Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Auto cad and other value-added computer tools.
