React / React Native Developer

Job brief

We are seeking a passionate and skilled React / React Native Developer with a strong foundation in modern JavaScript technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable, performant, and user-centric interfaces using React and React Native. Developer should be proficient and enthusiastic about crafting intuitive user experiences and staying ahead with modern UI/UX trends for it's Lahore- Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality front-end components using React and React Native.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement responsive, pixel-perfect UIs.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and scalability.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following modern standards and best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage state effectively using tools like Redux, Context API, or equivalent.
• Work with version control systems (e.g., Git) for efficient code collaboration.
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile development processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in React and React Native development.
• Education: BSCS/ MSCS from a Recognized University.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and asynchronous programming.
• Proficiency in CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Styled Components.
• Experience working with component libraries and design systems (e.g., Material UI, ShadCN, etc.).
• Familiarity with mobile debugging tools, device testing, and app deployment.
• Experience with tools like npm/yarn.
• Strong grasp of responsive design, cross-platform compatibility, and accessibility principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Firebase, GraphQL, or Socket.IO.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of app store guidelines and OTA deployment tools like CodePush.
