Who we're looking for

Degree in Engineering ( Electrical/ Mechanical) - Essential

3+ in a Supervisory / Assistant role - Essential

7+ years experience within Engineering in a Hotel / Mall/ Offices/ Apartment facility - Essential

Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment - Essential

Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and engineering teams. - Essential

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines - Essential

Detail oriented, organised with high standards - Essential

Good understanding of hotel building systems (BMS, fire safety systems, lifts, pumps, chillers, generators - Essential
