Who we are

This is a stunning 5 Star hotel with a beach location comprising 380+ rooms, 7 outlets and 8 meeting rooms plus ballroom with substantial outside catering contracts. This role is responsible for culinary and service and reports to the HM. Team count is 140. Part of a regional group.

Who we're looking for

Currently working as DFB in a 5 star hotel with EMEA experience - Essential

8 years progressive experience in F&B service ( not culinary) - Essential

Experience working with extensive C&B facilities and external contracts - Essential

Attention to detail, standards driven, analytical, impactful coach - Essential

Menu creation, cost analysis, promotions and marketing expertise - Essential 

What's being offered

Basic salary - $ 6000

Housing - 2 Bed apartment or allowance

Status - Will offer family up to 2 children

Education - 2 children 60 % cost up to 18 years old

Flights - Annual and relocation

Medical - Premium cover for family

Transport - 150$ monthly
