We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for their 'classy and relaxed' music lounge & restaurant of 70 covers with large outdoor terrace of 70 covers.
Managing a team of 20 and reporting to DFB
The lounge offers Shisha, cocktails, drinks and a delectable food offer.
Who we're looking for
4/5 Years experience as an RM/ ARM/Outlet Manager in a 5 star hotel - Essential
Arabic speaker - Preferred or knowledge of Shisha operations - Preferred
Energetic, driven and organised - Essential
Experience of events, music themed nights, small concerts - Essential
A visible 'mine host' engaging with guests and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction - Essential
Experience of managing and developing a team - Essential
