Who we are

This role is responsible for 2 five star luxury hotels with rooms & residences of +1300 keys, +10 F&B Outlets and reporting to the GM of both properties, supported by a team of eight.

The hotels are exceptional in location and design 

This is a senior marketing leadership role across the cluster, responsible for defining the overall marketing and communications strategy for each hotel and ensuring that property-level plans support commercial priorities, brand positioning and long-term business objectives.

Who we're looking for

Arabic speaker - Essential

Degree in Marketing / Business admin or related - Essential

8 Years progressive Marketing PR, Comms management experience within a luxury hotel - Essential

Currently DOM of a large luxury property or complex- 5 Star level only- Essential

Strategically focused and able to deliver operationally - Essential

Commercially astute and an excellent networker -  Essential

Creative thinker, polished brand focused - Essential

Ability to communicate at all levels with a focus on developing and building relationships - Essential

Technically experienced working with social media, CRM, websites and external agencies & partners - Essential

Ability to develop and empower the team to deliver - Essential
