Reporting to GM
You will be responsible for the entire engineering function in this property with a team of 20 supporting you.
Who we're looking for
5 Years experience as Engineering Manager / Chief Engineer - Essential
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering - Essential
Previous experience in GCC - Desirable
Previous experience within hotels - Desirable
Excellent technical knowledge of BMS, Elevators, Pumps, Fire safety, Chillers & Generators, - Essential
Detail oriented, highly organised and the ability to work to deadlines whilst responding to ad-hoc priorities - Essential
Working experience of refurbishments & proactive / cyclical programmes - Essential
