Make Ready Technician Compensation and Benefits

• Pay $16.00 - $17.00 hourly rate

Make Ready Technician Qualifications

• A valid drivers license, with a clean driving record
• Working experience with full detail bumper to bumper inside and outside,
• Buffing, wax painting, and doing paint touch-ups.
• English/Spanish
• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience 2+ years of detailing experience

Make Ready Technician Responsibilities

• Cleans, protects and preserves, in detail cars interior, compartments, exterior, and exteriors parts.
• Responsible for any big scratches that will need to be buff and touched up so that it is not necessary to be sent to body shop.
• Will overlook for any errors or discrepancy after the car has been detailed by others.
• Maintains strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation
• Maintaining dealership quality standards
