Our clients is seeking someone who thrives on providing a great customer experience to join their Backoffice customer service team.

This role is about providing a seamless experience in order management and fulfilment to support their retail, Food Service, e-commerce and direct customers (Coffee)

The Customer Service team within the UK, comprising of both in-house, and external call centre teams, is the primary point of contact for their consumers and is responsible for maintaining their premium image by providing a first class customer service experience.

Key accountabilities of the role

Managing customer orders and enquires via;

o Phone

o Email


Entering customer orders in SAP

Liaising with internal departments for order requests or exceptions

Maintenance of customer accounts

Supporting sales team

Supporting external call centre

Recording customer interactions in CRM system

Ensuring all the above is achieved in line with KPI's

Personal attributes

Experience in fast paced customer service/order management environment

Experience with CRM and order management systems (preferable SAP, not essential)

Ability to work to KPI's and deadlines

Understanding of order fulfilment process

Strong communicator (written & verbal)

Enjoys working within a collaborative team environment

Are able to manage varied tasks daily

Ability to problem solve with solution focused attitude

Passionate about providing a great customer experience
