Job Description:
We are seeking organized, motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Wedding & Celebration Specialists. This role focuses on coordinating travel experiences tied to lifes special moments, including honeymoons, destination weddings, bachelor and bachelorette trips, babymoons, anniversaries, and group celebrations.
This is a remote, flexible opportunity for individuals who enjoy planning, client support, and creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities

Coordinate travel arrangements for honeymoons and celebration-based trips

Research and recommend resorts, cruises, hotels, and travel packages

Organize group logistics, including accommodations and transportation

Communicate with travel suppliers and vendors

Create customized itineraries and provide ongoing client support

Maintain accurate client records and booking details
Qualifications
