WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybersecurity, with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions to clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and security, with a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support across both pre-sales and post-sales activities, playing a pivotal role in assisting our clients in securing their IT systems and addressing complex cybersecurity challenges.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage in advanced training and certifications provided by TRINEXIA's vendor partners.
  • Work closely with the sales team to analyze client needs and offer expert technical guidance throughout the pre-sales process.
  • Lead comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing deep technical knowledge and solution expertise.
  • Design and implement customized cybersecurity solutions for clients post-sales, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide expert technical support to clients during the implementation and integration of cybersecurity solutions, addressing complexities and ensuring successful deployment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry developments and emerging trends in cybersecurity, incorporating relevant insights into solution design and client engagements.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish best practices for cybersecurity consulting, contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and client satisfaction.
    

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/CAPABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity technologies, methodologies, and best practices, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions to diverse clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset, capable of understanding and addressing clients' unique challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to learning and professional development, continuously seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in the cybersecurity field.
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic considered a plus. Willingness to travel regularly within the region as needed to support client engagements.
