Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in McHenry, Illinois. This role is based in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function

• Treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs

• Document patient care and treatment progress in the electronic medical record

Requirements

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist License

• BLS Certification preferred

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred

Clinical Focus

Treatment may include conditions such as:

• Low back pain and spinal conditions

• ACL and meniscus injuries

• Rotator cuff injuries and repairs

• Total joint replacements

• Plantar fasciitis

• Osteoarthritis and musculoskeletal disorders

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week

• Schedule typically 5x8-hour shifts (days)

• 4x10-hour shifts may be considered

• Business casual dress code
