Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,400/week
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour day shifts
• Flexible start times (must remain consistent and coordinated with Director of Rehab)
• No weekends (unless required to make up holiday hours)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in Marshfield, Missouri.

This role involves evaluating and treating patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The Speech Language Pathologist will develop individualized treatment plans using standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

The therapist will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and caregivers to provide high-quality rehabilitative care while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.

Requirements

• Active Missouri Speech Language Pathologist License — REQUIRED
• CCC-SLP Certification — REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year of SLP experience — REQUIRED
• LTC or SNF experience — REQUIRED
• Active ASHA certification — REQUIRED
• 3+ years experience holding CCC-SLP — Preferred
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to supervise CFY or student clinicians
• One professional reference required at submission
