Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a permanent position in New London, NH.

This role focuses on outpatient rehabilitation, treating a variety of upper extremity, orthopedic, and neurological conditions in a patient-centered clinical setting.

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire OT License (or eligibility)

• BLS Certification (AHA)

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Experience in outpatient OT strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Orthopedic and post-operative care

  • Neurological impairments

  • Upper extremity conditions

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Setting: Outpatient Rehab

• Patient Population:

  • Adults and geriatrics (with occasional broader population)

• Duration: Permanent / Long-term role

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Supervise OTAs, aides, and students as needed

• Participate in department initiatives and performance improvement

• Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards
