Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient rehabilitation assignment in Cades, SC.

This position focuses on delivering individualized outpatient therapy services with a 1:1 patient care model, allowing therapists to provide focused, patient-centered care. The therapist will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and support recovery through therapeutic interventions designed to restore function and mobility.

This role is ideal for therapists who enjoy working in a structured outpatient environment with consistent weekday hours and no weekend requirements.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina Physical Therapist License
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient PT experience required
• Experience in outpatient clinical settings preferred
• Ability to work independently with scheduled patient sessions
• Strong documentation and patient care planning skills
• Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred

Patient Population

Therapist will treat:

• Adult outpatient rehabilitation patients
• General orthopedic and mobility conditions
• Functional rehabilitation cases

Important Notes

• No local candidates within 60 miles
• RTO must be submitted at time of application
• Facility may cancel 1 shift every 2 weeks
• Hurricane season coverage expectations may apply (June–November)
