Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM Start)
Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an assignment at St. Bernardine Medical Center.
This role primarily focuses on adult inpatient acute care, with additional exposure to NICU feeding cases, offering a diverse and clinically rich experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform speech, language, and swallowing evaluations
- Conduct Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)
- Provide treatment for dysphagia and communication disorders
- Work with adult acute care patients
- Support NICU patients with feeding/swallowing needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Clinical Highlights
- Patient Load: 9–10 patients/day
- Mixed Caseload: Adult Acute + NICU feeding
- Strong exposure to swallow studies & critical care cases
Required Qualifications
Active California SLP License
BLS Certification (AHA required)
Experience in Modified Video Swallow Studies (MBSS) – REQUIRED
Acute care experience preferred
Scheduling & Assignment Details
- Schedule: 5x8 Day Shifts
- Start Time: 8:00 AM
- Weekend: 1 weekend/month
- Hours: 40 hours/week
