Up to $100,000 Annually 

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a rehabilitation team in Mauston, Wisconsin. The SLP will assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders to help patients improve communication abilities and swallow safely.

This role focuses on providing direct patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy programs

  • Complete patient documentation including evaluations, care plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries

  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on therapy recommendations

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and rehabilitation staff

  • Prepare therapy sessions and treatment materials

  • Provide patient and caregiver guidance to improve outcomes

  • Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary communication

  • Maintain clean and organized treatment areas

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Active Wisconsin Speech Language Pathologist License

  • BLS Certification required

  • Valid driver's license required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of clinical experience preferred

  • Experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
