P-Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Salary Range: $38-41 per hour Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to improve their physical health and well-being. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating and implementing personalized treatment plans, and monitoring progress to help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and a passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations - Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals - Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve movement, reduce pain, and restore function - Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $38-41 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Working Hours: This is a full-time position, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. There may be occasional weekend rotations required.
