P-Physical Therapist

Job Description: Position: P-Physical Therapist Salary Range: $46-$51 per hour Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation Setting: 100 bed, skilled nursing facility (SNF) We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at our 100-bed skilled nursing facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population to provide rehabilitative services and improve their overall physical function and mobility. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals - Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve strength, range of motion, and functional abilities - Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients - Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining their physical function and mobility - Adhere to all state and federal regulations and ethical standards in the provision of physical therapy services Qualifications: - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a SNF setting preferred - Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and therapeutic techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team - Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems We offer a competitive salary range of $46-$51 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
