Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Long Term Care (LTC) / Rehab setting at Tide Health Group – Buffalo Prairie.

This role involves evaluating and treating patients with speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, while working in a supportive rehab environment with consistent weekday scheduling.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized plan of care
• Perform dysphagia and communication therapy
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Participate in care conferences and team meetings
• Supervise CFY students if required

Required Qualifications

Active Missouri SLP License
CCC-SLP Certification REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year SLP experience
LTC / SNF experience REQUIRED

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years experience
Strong dysphagia management skills
Experience supervising CFY students

Scheduling & Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift: Flexible 8-hour days
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Weekend: None (unless making up holiday hours)
• On-call: None
