Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic assignment in La Quinta, CA.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced outpatient setting, helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Active California PT License

• BLS Certification (AHA)

• Strong outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

• Excellent communication and time management skills

Assignment Details

• 4x10-hour shifts (clinic-based scheduling)

• Monday–Friday workweek (based on clinic needs)

• 40 hours guaranteed

• Outpatient orthopedic setting
