Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is hiring a Travel PTA for an Outpatient Rehab role at Jefferson County Hospital.

This position focuses on treating orthopedic and post-operative patients, along with balance and mobility cases in a 1:1 patient care environment.

Facility Details

• Facility: Jefferson County Hospital
• Setting: Outpatient Rehab (Swing Bed Facility)
• Location: Waurika, OK
• Charting: Meditech (Preferred)
• Patient Population: Adolescents – Geriatrics

Clinical Responsibilities

• Assist PT with treatment plans and interventions
• Treat patients with:
  • Orthopedic injuries
  • Post-surgical rehab
  • Balance & fall risk
  • Neurological conditions (CVA, Parkinson's)
• Perform:
  • Gait training
  • Strength & mobility exercises
  • Patient education
• Maintain documentation

• Mix of ortho + neuro exposure
• No weekends or call

Requirements

PTA License (OK)
BLS Certification
1+ year experience (2+ preferred)
Ortho + post-op experience required
