Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a Critical Need assignment at West Los Angeles Medical Center (Kaiser).

This role is ideal for therapists with strong outpatient orthopedic and hospital-based experience, working with a diverse patient population in a structured clinical setting.

Clinical Coverage Areas

Therapists will treat a wide range of conditions including:

• Orthopedic injuries and strains
• Post-operative joint replacements
• Repetitive use injuries
• Gait and mobility training
• Post-stroke rehabilitation
• General outpatient rehabilitation cases

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic exercises and rehab interventions
• Manage outpatient caseload efficiently
• Track patient progress and modify plans
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Required Qualifications

Active California PT License
BLS Certification
Minimum 2+ years experience (Hospital + Outpatient REQUIRED)
Strong Orthopedic PT experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-volume outpatient settings
Exposure to post-surgical rehab & neuro cases
Strong adaptability and time management

Scheduling & Assignment Details

• Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 40 hours/week
