Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Rehab / LTC setting in Oregon, MO.

This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, using evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Facility Information

  • Facility: Tide Health Group – Oregon Care Center
  • Location: Oregon, MO
  • Setting: Rehab / Long Term Care (LTC)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (Flexible 8-hour shifts)
  • Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy for:
    • Communication disorders
    • Cognitive impairments
    • Dysphagia (swallowing disorders)
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Supervise CFY candidates or students (if applicable)

Required Qualifications

Active Missouri SLP License
CCC-SLP Certification (ASHA required)
Minimum 1 year of SLP experience
Experience in LTC or Rehab setting

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of SLP experience
SNF/LTC background
Strong dysphagia management skills
Experience supervising students/CFY

Compliance Notes

Must be submitted at posted rate (no negotiation)
Minimum 1 reference required at submission
New grads accepted ONLY with strong Level II clinical experience
