Schedule: Day Shift | 8-Hour Days | ~35 Hours/Week
Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a rehabilitation and long-term care (LTC) facility in Oregon, MO.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical impairments, develop individualized care plans, and provide hands-on rehabilitation services. This role focuses on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life while working in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Clinical Coverage Areas
Therapists will treat patients with:
- Functional mobility impairments
- Post-surgical rehabilitation needs
- Wound care and recovery support
- Geriatric and long-term care conditions
- Strength, balance, and ambulation deficits
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions (manual therapy, exercises, modalities)
- Assist patients with ambulation, mobility, and functional training
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Perform wound care as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings
- Supervise PTAs, aides, and students
Required Qualifications
Active Missouri Physical Therapist License
Minimum 1 year of PT experience
LTC or Rehab experience required
New grads accepted (must have Level II clinical experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a rehab environment
Scheduling & Assignment Details
- Day shift | 8-hour shifts
- Approximately 35 hours per week (GWW)
- No weekends
- No on-call requirements
