Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Rehab / LTC

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (March 31, 2026 – June 30, 2026)
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,365.91
Schedule: Day Shift | 8-Hour Days | ~35 Hours/Week

Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a rehabilitation and long-term care (LTC) facility in Oregon, MO.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical impairments, develop individualized care plans, and provide hands-on rehabilitation services. This role focuses on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life while working in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Clinical Coverage Areas

Therapists will treat patients with:

  • Functional mobility impairments
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation needs
  • Wound care and recovery support
  • Geriatric and long-term care conditions
  • Strength, balance, and ambulation deficits

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions (manual therapy, exercises, modalities)
  • Assist patients with ambulation, mobility, and functional training
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Perform wound care as needed
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings
  • Supervise PTAs, aides, and students

Required Qualifications

Active Missouri Physical Therapist License
Minimum 1 year of PT experience
LTC or Rehab experience required
New grads accepted (must have Level II clinical experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a rehab environment

Scheduling & Assignment Details

  • Day shift | 8-hour shifts
  • Approximately 35 hours per week (GWW)
  • No weekends
  • No on-call requirements
