Pay Package

Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,100/week

Travel compensation packages may include a mix of taxable pay and stipends, depending on eligibility.

Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for an acute care hospital role in Canton, GA at Northside Hospital Cherokee.

This position supports acute care patients throughout the hospital, treating a wide range of medical and surgical diagnoses, including ICU, neurological, and orthopedic cases.

Requirements

• Active Georgia OT License

• BLS Certification (AHA)

• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required

• Experience treating:

  • ICU patients

  • Stroke and neurological cases

  • Orthopedic conditions

  • General medical/surgical patients

• Cerner (OneChart) EMR experience preferred

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary slightly)

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Setting: Acute Care Hospital

• Start Date: 04/06/2026

• Large hospital-based acute care therapy department

• Supports patients across multiple units

• Patient populations include:

  • ICU

  • Neurology (stroke patients)

  • Orthopedics

  • General medical/surgical cases

• EMR System: Cerner OneChart

• Collaborative interdisciplinary care team

• No local candidates within 50-mile radius

• Must have minimum 2 years of specialty experience

• Strong acute care skills required

• Floating across hospital units may be required
