P-Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Salary Range: $46-$50/hr Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Facility: Small facility with 60 beds, no weekend rotation We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our small facility with 60 beds. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients recover from injuries, illnesses, and disabilities, and improve their overall physical health and well-being. Responsibilities: - Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and needs - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific goals and needs - Utilize various therapeutic techniques and exercises to help patients improve mobility, strength, and range of motion - Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue at home - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy - State licensure as a Physical Therapist - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting - Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and exercises - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care - Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records We offer a competitive salary range of $46-$50 per hour and a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.
