Pay Package

Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,279/week

Travel compensation packages may include a mix of taxable pay and stipends, depending on eligibility.

Position Overview

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for an outpatient rehab setting in Albuquerque, NM.

This role offers a strong clinical environment with 1:1 patient care, treating a mix of neurological and orthopedic conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide 1:1 therapy sessions in an outpatient setting

  • Deliver treatments including:

    • Therapeutic exercise and functional activities

    • Neuro rehab and orthopedic interventions

    • Manual therapy and modalities (e-stim, TENS, etc.)

  • Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatment sessions

  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery

  • Maintain accurate documentation (Epic preferred)

  • Collaborate with PTs and interdisciplinary team

Requirements

  • Active New Mexico OT License (or pending accepted)

  • NBCOT Certification REQUIRED

  • BLS Certification (AHA)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

  • Experience in outpatient, neuro, or ortho settings preferred

Assignment Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 1:1 patient care model

  • Patient population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

  • Diagnoses: Neurological and Orthopedic conditions

  • Structured schedule with built-in documentation time

Important Notes

  • No locals (50-mile radius rule)

  • Pending NM license accepted (must obtain before start)

  • Labs required within 48 hours of signing
