Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Rehab / Skilled Nursing

13-Week Travel Assignment
Day Shift | 40 Hours per Week
Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,500

Position Overview

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting. This role focuses on helping residents improve mobility, regain function, and maintain independence with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercise and mobility training
Educate residents and caregivers on functional mobility and safety
Recommend and train patients on assistive devices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Document therapy services in the EMR

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist License

• Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

• BLS preferred

• Experience in SNF, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient transfers
